In this most magnificent season of Spring we greet you once again. The sweet rains of spring the tender shoots of grass and the beginning of buds bring us great anticipation. Many of you will be feeling the joy that the end of winter brings. Spring is a time of new beginnings. Let us make this Spring the start of something wonderful! The experience of nurturing your Soul Journey is absolutely priceless. There are no words to describe the incredible freedom that one's Soul feels as it grows and is liberated from the heaviness of the past! When your soul heart mind and body is filled with light the negative experiences of the past disappear. People notice positive changes in their attitudes towards life and in their overall wellness. 

The birds are returning and the grass is growing. The natural world is attuned to the theme of awakening and renewal. This is a time of spring cleaning and  refreshing our environments to prepare for the warmer days and longer hours of light. 

Spring is the time when many begin internal cleansing as well. Spiritual teachings shine and clean the Soul. The teachings from a Master wash over one's Soul like a healing waterfall and fill one's mind with inspiring spiritual nourishment. When your Soul is lighter your heart opens further and you feel like singing and dancing. You are rejuvenated and more alive! Hope and joy are daily experiences. Positive thoughts become a part of you and the gift of transformation begins. As each butterfly emerges from its cocoon as a beautiful winged being, you too will have wings. All aspects of your life health finances and relationships can improve. Smile again! The sun is returning and as the world prepares for Spring remember to prepare for your Soul Journey.

In your heart a radiant sun begins to shine and the natural world awakens and rejuvenates. In a world of newness be with me. When the time is right

All planted seeds bud then blossom

The inner call whispers always

The beckoning is part of the promise

 On this special day of Remembrance we remember all those men and women who
selflessly served in the world wars. We also remember all of those souls who we love
that now reside in the afterlife. They are living in eternity. The bond of love is what
connects us to our loved ones in the Spirit world.

On November llth at 11:11 pause to reflect in reverence for all Souls who have gone before
us. Let thoughts of love peace and harmony gently flow from your heart to the hearts and
souls of those dear to you. Peace is the promise you can give to the world.

Dear Ones at this time on Mother Earth we are witnessing much suffering and dis-ease. We would say to each and everyone of you anything you can do to help another is service. Your service will be recognized by those in the heavenly realms and the guides and guardians from the other worlds. The world is a much better place because of light bearers like you with an open heart and a will to aid humanity. Do your part, help someone today. Give people your greatest love, forgiveness, compassion and light. All of your good works are deeply appreciated by those in need. Dear Soul Mind and Body of Hawaii, the Big Island, land of the green sea turtle, land of a blanket of endless lava and white coral. Water crashes on rocks, waves rush to the shoreline. 

Aloha welcome home dear ones for we have long awaited your return in your hearts you are aware of the sacred vibration emitted from the power which resides here. All of the guardians of sacredness and the nature saints bless you and offer their eternal welcome.

How blessed are the sunshine filled days with the tropical trade winds which blow across the miles and miles of sparkling sand. When the sun rises it comes with a message be grateful. When the large orange disc dips into the horizon, one more time again, she says, be grateful be peaceful. All is well. 

The time in this dimension is fleeting and increasingly more so. Cherish the second the moment the essence of what you experience in that second. Inspiration abounds and what wonderful songs are sung. What amazing words are whispered by the Pacific breeze and the lapping of waves on landmarks.

Remember everything is frequency and vibration this will aid you as you go further on your Soul journey. You will travel to places which you resonate with. Wherever your heart and soul is called know that it is a reflection of your resonance. As inspiration floods your being be open to creating and uplifting the energy you bring to this planet. As this water stands still

Sometimes are we

As this water moves

We are free

As these waters heal

We are more able to feel

In this turbulent time this eternal lake is most comforting. Take the time to walk in nature and to absorb the incredible beauty of this spectacular season of solar power. Nurture yourself and revel in the beauty. Remember all is well and you are a magnificent ray of sunshine. A new level of purity is expressed through your open heart.. The world is an exquisite place one just needs to step inside oneself and then outside to be in the calming peace of a summer day, morn or evening , it matters not.
