selflessly served in the world wars. We also remember all of those souls who we love
that now reside in the afterlife. They are living in eternity. The bond of love is what
connects us to our loved ones in the Spirit world.

On November llth at 11:11 pause to reflect in reverence for all Souls who have gone before
us. Let thoughts of love peace and harmony gently flow from your heart to the hearts and

Dear Soul Mind and Body of Hawaii, the Big Island, land of the green sea turtle, land of a blanket of endless lava and white coral. Water crashes on rocks, waves rush to the shoreline. 

Aloha welcome home dear ones for we have long awaited your return in your hearts you are aware of the sacred vibration emitted from the power which resides here. All of the guardians of sacredness and the nature saints bless you and offer their eternal welcome.

How blessed are the sunshine filled days with the tropical trade winds which blow across the miles and miles of sparkling sand. When the sun rises it comes with a message be grateful. When the large orange disc dips into the horizon, one more time again, she says, be grateful be peaceful. All is well. 

The time in this dimension is fleeting and increasingly more so. Cherish the second the moment the essence of what you experience in that second. Inspiration abounds and what wonderful songs are sung. What amazing words are whispered by the Pacific breeze and the lapping of waves on landmarks.

Remember everything is frequency and vibration this will aid you as you go further on your Soul journey. You will travel to places which you resonate with. Wherever your heart and soul is called know that it is a reflection of your resonance. As inspiration floods your being be open to creating and uplifting the energy you bring to this planet. As we have just passed the Spring equinox and the first days of spring are in bloom today we speak of how the journey of less inspires. A myriad of thoughts swirl in a mind that is like a teacup, once full it must be emptied. When one is baggage free physically cleansed of clutter and mentally cleansed of emotional baggage then one has less stress. Less stress creates more flow for inspired thoughts to enter into the consciousness of the awakened ones.

Inspiration can be a dream from any source visual mental physical or spiritual because as every artist knows... Inspiration is a well which once tapped will never run dry. Fluidity is inspiration's life long companion. Fluidity opens one up to possibility and possibilities are infinite. Infinite possibilities open the gateway to flow and flow begets inspiration. The cycle continues to turn and more and more ideas are created through inspiration and then the beauty of this magic is that many new creations are born. New creations start new cycles of inspiration.

Nature provides us the backdrop of cycles that we witness as the seasons change. Morning Song

Dear ones today is the festive time to celebrate the Saint, Patrick who brings blessings to those who call upon his service. This Celtic tradition of lush green goes back into a more simpler time of love peace and harmony and those who cherished their connection to Mother Earth. The nature spirits abound and can be seen dancing in this painting. They too bring a message of joy and happiness to all who celebrate with them.

On this day of St. Patrick's the Spirit world and the Nature Spirits wish to acknowledge all of you by giving you Irish blessings. May the wind always blow behind you, may any clouds disperse and may the sun always shine brightly upon your path. The proverbial pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow is a reality for all who trust and believe in the abundance of the Universe.

This image has been chosen because of the various hues of green and it's Celtic portrayal of the treed earth. Trees were sacred to the ancient Celts and Druids each and every tree carries it's own medicine and symbolic lore. This lunar cycle brings in the Chinese New Year with the Ram symbol above and the calligraphy beside the image announces " Happy New Year!" 

At this time of the Spring Festival and Chinese New Year this exquisite pastel has come through. The color red in Chinese culture symbolizes luck, life and joy! The green buds bursting from the foliage in the layers of pastel and chalk symbolize the tender shoots of the young bamboo. Lucky Bamboo in Feng Shui is growth and prosperity, forever green it is also the revered longevity symbol.

This year will be a time of great success for all those who have been incubating a creative project. Now is the time to step out and put your inspired works into a public venue or platform for all to enjoy, whether this be a book, painting, design project new business concept or holistic healing endeavor... the possibilities are infinite.

Into The Flow

Inspiration can be a dream from any source visual mental physical or spiritual because as every artist knows...Inspiration is a well which once tapped will never run dry. We also wish to speak of fluidity, inspiration's lifelong companion. Fluidity opens one up to possibilities and possibilities once deemed to be infinite, open up the gateway to Flow. Flow begets more inspiration.

O sensitive one learn to be fluid always cognizant of the choices that you make. Everything is a choice, just as one chooses to travel the journey of less. Flow with the tide, out with the tide. Flowing in flowing out in rhythm. No attachment. Chanting, chanting, chanting. Each tiny grain of sand creates patterns on an endless beach. Peaceful flow, all is forgotten, forgiven, purified, purged and released.

Open the door to the sunrise. Sun floods in and the winds whisper your Soul's true name. In this place of peace and solitude find yourself. You are given the opportunity to explore your true self. Be grateful as always and always go with what is in the flow. Always expect magical moments to occur and they always do. Sail on the infinite ocean of bliss and open your heart further to new levels and layers of pure inspiration.

A Royal Visit

This entry is a tribute to the opening of spiritual channels to enable you to communicate with the Spirit world. Through an open heart messages flow freely from Spirit. The Spirit world loves to communicate and is always there willing and waiting to connect with you. Opening spiritual channels is a beautiful and rewarding aspect of the Soul journey. Spirit art or Psychic art is a facet of mediumship. The medium (artist) opens to commune with those in the Spirit whether loved ones, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, pets or in this case historical figures, such as Elizabeth the 1st. Below is a painting from the 1600s.

Loved ones from Spirit touch the recipients of their messages so deeply. The beauty of the drawings is that they demonstrate that life continues. The artwork is tangible evidence of proof of survival. I encourage all of you to open your spiritual channels put crayon, pencil, chalk, ink, colored pencil, pastel, or paint to paper or canvas.... and see who comes through! Opening the Message Center (page 30)

The message center is the key energy center for soul communication so opening your Message Center is essential. The mantra San San Jiu Liu Ba Yao Wu (Chinese for the sacred healing numbers 3396815) is the mantra for communication. It was received by Master Sha's most beloved spiritual master and teacher, Dr. Guo, more than 30 years ago. It has been used by millions of people to open their soul communication channels.

Practice: Put your left hand over your chest, with the palm facing your Message Center. Put your right hand in the prayer position, with the fingers pointing upward. Place the tip of your tongue near the roof of your mouth. Sit or stand.

Say Hello: Dear soul, mind and body of my Message Center, I love you. You are the key center for soul communication, healing, love, forgiveness transformation and enlightenment. You have the power to open fully. Do a good job. Thank you. This is Soul Power.

Visualize a golden, rainbow or purple light ball rotating in your Message Center. Visualize the light radiating in a powerful way. Keep this visualization in your Message Center. This is Mind Power.

New beginnings is the blessing on this day, look into the red orange hue, wonder. Feel the energy rise. It is the cycle of life, the Tao, the way of nature. Magic Mago is captured in the stillness of a new day in the beautiful red Sedona mountains. During a special recess at the recent Tao Retreats heaven connected to form a an exquisite pencil and chalk image of desert life. The connection went deeper into the souls of the area to reveal images within images. Much like the Tao, as my beloved spiritual Master Sha unveiled more sacred wisdom and teachings of the higher realms. The Tao is nature moving in a sacred rhythmic dance of the universe.
